In “Red Threads”, the reader enters a branching narrative story set in a post-apocalyptic world plagued by a mysterious illness called the “Void disease”. The characters that lead the reader along as they explore this new world are Byron and Crispin- two friends who are in the center of the search for a cure for the mysterious, zombie-like disease. These characters have differing worldviews and the reader is prompted to make choices in order to connect with them and stay safe in spite of the danger the world offers. The reader will follow along to see if these friends make it out as companions, or as enemies.

The story allows the reader to explore a new world and make choices that highlight that things in this world are not black and white, but there are consequences to choices and reasons that lead people to hold the views they have.
